Residential Property

Buying, selling, re-mortgaging or transferring the equity in a house can be both very stressful and very confusing.  That is why at Johns Gilbert & Frankton we like to do all that we can to help you with all of the problems that selling your house or moving to a new home can bring.

We offer an economical and effective service to all of our conveyancing clients and will always take the time to help you and to make sure that you understand what we will be doing for you, how much it will cost (including all of the extras such as stamp duty land tax, Land Registry fees and all of the other payments we need to make on your behalf), how long it will take and who will be responsible for doing the work.

Probate and Estate Administration

Dealing with probate and estate administration always comes at a difficult time and can be something which, with the emotional issues that accompany a death, many people would rather not face. At Johns Gilbert & Frankton we recognise that this is the case and we will always try to ensure that the process of getting a grant of probate is as easy and painless as it is possible for it to be.

We believe that it is important that you understand what we will do for you, what it will cost, the timescales involved and who will be responsible for that work.
