Over the last 60 years or so we have established ourselves as one of Rugby's premier law firms helping both private and corporate clients in a confidential, friendly and professional manner.  To this end, we would like to introduce the above service to you.

Individuals require legal advice and assistance for a variety of reasons.  For example, they may be moving house or have problems at home.  They may be in dispute with someone or have sustained injuries as a result of an accident.  A loved one may have passed away or perhaps they would like to plan for their own future.  Unfortunately, with today’s hectic lifestyles, it can often be difficult to access the help required.  The Legal Advice Clinic aims to address this problem by making our services available at a time and venue convenient to the Client.

With your agreement, we would be happy to consider attending your premises at lunch time on a regular basis to provide employees with free initial advice on a range of legal issues including:

• Conveyancing;
• Family and matrimonial;
• Litigation, including consumer and neighbour disputes and personal injury; and
• Wills and the administration of estates. 

For those employees wishing to take advantage of our skills and expertise, fixed fee and “no win, no fee” agreements may be available and we can arrange legal expenses insurance to remove the financial uncertainties and risks associated with certain types of work.

This initiative is just one of the ways that we are currently helping the people of Rugby and the surrounding area.  We are, for example, a founder member of Warwickshire’s Consumer Support Network. 

The Clinic, whilst taking place outside working hours, would be an additional and welcome fringe benefit that you are able to offer your staff at no extra cost, which we are sure they would appreciate. 

Our ability to provide the service and the terms under which we do so obviously depends on its popularity and your individual circumstances.  If you are interested, please complete and submit our online Enquiry Form providing details of your business, including the number of employees, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee our availability and slots will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
